Role Description We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking Industrial Designer to help shape the next generation of maternal health and baby-care products. This role centers on developing innovative consumer hardware products by combining user-centered design, emerging technologies, and meaningful product experiences for modern families. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, product, and research teams to create products that are functional, manufacturable, and bring fresh perspectives to the category. Key Responsibilities - Product Design & Innovation - Contribute to the design and development of maternal health and baby-care products from concept through production. - Generate innovative product concepts through sketching, visualization, CAD modeling, and prototyping. - Explore emerging technologies, consumer trends, and future lifestyle shifts to identify new product opportunities. - Help define future product experiences that improve the lives of parents and caregivers. - User-Centered Design - Participate in user research, interviews, workshops, and product testing. - Translate user insights into meaningful design solutions. - Develop a deep understanding of modern parenting behaviors, unmet needs, and pain points. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing teams throughout the product development process. - Collaborate on balancing innovation, usability, manufacturability, and commercial objectives. - Support design validation and iterative development through testing and prototyping. - Design Excellence - Create high-quality sketches, renderings, CAD models, prototypes, and CMF (Color, Material, Finish) proposals. - Contribute to the evolution of the company's product design language. - Stay informed on design trends, consumer electronics, wearable devices, and emerging technologies. Qualifications - Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related discipline. - 5–8 years of industrial design experience. - Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, concept generation, and product development capability. - Excellent sketching, visualization, and storytelling skills. - Experience using CAD and prototyping tools. - Strong interest in consumer electronics, wearable products, healthcare devices, or connected hardware. - Passion for innovation and future product thinking.

Role Description The RPA Solution Designer serves as the technical leader and point of contact for the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team, responsible for designing and evolving RPA technology. This position is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and resilient RPA solutions that integrate with legacy systems, modern platforms, and cloud environments. Additionally, this position leads the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), process/task mining, intelligent document processing (IDP), and agents to enhance RPA capabilities. This position reports to the Manager, Robotic Process Automation. This position is eligible to work remote, hybrid or onsite in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field of study preferred. - Master’s degree highly preferred. - In lieu of degree, an additional 3 years’ relevant experience required. - Minimum of 8 years’ working experience in automation, software engineering, or development.
