Role Description We are looking for a proactive and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute the company's online marketing initiatives. This role focuses on managing and optimizing digital campaigns, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring seamless execution across channels from Google Ads to programmatic platforms and email marketing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who understands both the front-end (creative, messaging) and back-end (technical, analytics) sides of marketing operations, capable of driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities - Digital Campaign Management - Plan, set-up, and manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, programmatic, and other platforms). - Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with marketing goals. - Handle all aspects of digital campaign mechanics from targeting and bidding to tracking and reporting. - Email Marketing - Create and deploy email campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. - Manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and analyze campaign metrics (open and click rates). - Test and optimize subject lines, visuals, and CTAs for improved engagement. - Marketing Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and lead generation. - Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. - Analyze and report on key marketing performance metrics, recommending improvements. - Take initiative to launch, test, and refine campaigns pushing forward marketing efforts proactively. Qualifications - Proven experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing. - Strong understanding of Google Ads, programmatic advertising, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.). - Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar). - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing fundamentals. - Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills. - Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
