• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and underlying analysis in areas such as cash, prepaid expenses, revenue recognition and accruals • Reviews accounting transactions for accuracy and completeness • Maintains and produces regular financial reports • Works to improve data quality and report design with a focus on business partner needs • Provide accounting policy guidance to ensure financial transactions are accurate, timely and comply with company policies • Support company and department efforts to establish appropriate internal controls and assist in implementation of new policies and procedures • Maintain detailed accounting documentation in support of relevant legal, regulatory, and audit requirements • Responsible for performance management of direct reports • Provide support on special projects and ad hoc analysis
Job Requirements
- Five plus (5+) years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience performing reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, depreciation, accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel
- ERP experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other related field
