Role Description Fluent is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing account management team. In this role, you will use your performance marketing expertise, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills to provide superior client service, research, and market analysis. You will persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your clients, managing a large book of business while developing comprehensive strategies that drive revenue growth and long-term partnership success. What You'll Do: - Rapidly gain a thorough understanding of Fluent’s inventory offerings, reporting analysis, competitive advantages, resources, and processes and articulate them persuasively to new and existing clients. - Manage a large book of business, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing advertisers, to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations and ensure long-term success. - Monitor client budgets, with a focus on increasing marketing budgets or spends. - Prepare and present formal business reviews to top clients. - Serve as lead for all communication with clients, including onboarding, performance feedback, creative changes, pacing reports, performance reports, client meetings, campaign recommendations, and comprehensive strategy to enable revenue growth. - In partnership with Account Director, identify, create, and implement solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our clients. - Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on ad solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow business partnerships. - Understand client’s key performance indicators, and clearly communicate these metrics internally for optimization. - Proactively introduce new revenue driving opportunities. - Manage the onboarding process for the product - flow of campaign builds with sales, creative design with media team, and tracking requirements with Ops team. - Work closely with teams internally to provide continued feedback and analysis, optimization suggestions, and recommendations. - Formulate plans to extend new business, and additional channel distribution with established accounts. - Responsible for overseeing monthly billable numbers to finance for invoicing. Salary Range $60,000 to $80,000 - The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. • Lead strategic planning and execution across target healthcare organizations, aligning on shared clinical, operational, and economic priorities • Identify and prioritize key accounts using a data-driven lens of market opportunity, institutional fit, and engagement readiness • Develop tailored account engagement plans and reviews that elevate rare kidney disease care models • Build high-value relationships with C-suite leaders, line directors, nephrologists, P&T stakeholders, care pathway leaders, and multidisciplinary teams • Facilitate collaborative opportunities for co-developing best practices in clinical pathways, early diagnosis, and care transitions • Identify opportunities to expand access, improve diagnosis rates, and support durable kidney preservation strategies • Serve as the primary point of contact and orchestrator across internal partners including Medical Affairs, Field Medical (MSLs), Marketing, Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs), Sales, Patient Advocacy, HEOR, Patient Services, and Market Access teams • Lead internal business planning for strategic accounts, ensuring coordination of unbranded education, peer-to-peer programs, REMS coordination, and clinical protocol implementation • Drive ecosystem collaboration to track key metrics, deliver regular performance updates, and action plans • Capture, synthesize, and communicate actionable insights to internal stakeholders to shape strategy, education, and access programs • Track and report progress against key account metrics including pathway adoption, patient identification trends, engagement outcomes, and resource utilization
