• Lead and scale the FP&A organization, supporting increasing business complexity and team growth • Support the accounting function, strengthening financial processes, systems, and data integrity across the organization • Own and enhance company-wide budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and long-range planning, driving continuous improvement • Provide strategic and analytical support to leadership through high-impact reporting, investment analysis, and ad hoc decision support – reinforce financial discipline • Oversee internal financial reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics - deliver actionable insights • Partner with commercial and marketing teams on pricing and promotional strategy, profitability, innovation, and contract evaluation • Provide financial oversight and support to supply chain and procurement, including input cost analysis • Develop and steward KPIs across revenue, margin, and working capital performance • Support and improve financial models to assess commodity volatility and margin impact • Support lender, investor, and board reporting

• Develop integrated marketing communications strategies that translate brand priorities into cohesive campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels • Serve as the central connector across marketing teams including Brand Marketing, Digital Advertising, PR, Partnerships, Social and Influencer, E-commerce, and Creative • Partner with brand and creative teams to ensure campaign messaging is consistent across channels while optimized for platform-specific execution • Help establish and manage integrated marketing planning processes including campaign kickoffs, marketing calendars, and cross-functional timelines • Coordinate across agency partners including media, PR, influencer, and creative agencies to ensure aligned planning, messaging, and campaign execution

• Support Chomps' financial integrity by assisting in the execution and monitoring of internal controls, accounting policies, and governance processes • Work closely with senior team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Assist in documenting and maintaining internal control processes, policies, and SOPs • Perform control testing, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to strengthen the control environment • Monitor adherence to company policies and internal control guidelines • Prepare and review account reconciliations and journal entries for accuracy and control compliance • Support month-end and year-end close processes • Ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with applicable accounting standards • Support internal and external audits by preparing and organizing required documentation • Participate in risk assessments of financial processes

• Management of sourcing, contracting and purchasing protein raw materials at Chomps • Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, sales, marketing and innovation teams to ensure material demands are supported • Continuously evaluate the state of material demand and supplier performance • Bring new ideas and solutions to improve the quality, cost and availability of supply for Chomps • Establish and execute standard strategic sourcing efforts in protein categories • Develop expertise in Poultry procurement of multiple species • Manage supplier relationships through utilizing supplier scorecards and formal quarterly business reviews • Coordinate material flows and the introduction of new protein suppliers and USDA EST number locations • Support supplier quality approvals and documentation requests • Lead costing and sourcing feasibility for innovation stage gates • Establish program to assess and manage risk across the protein supply base

• Provide FSQA oversight for third-party (3P) manufacturing, repack, and warehouse partners • Ensure regulatory compliance, lead continuous improvement programs, and oversee incident management • Lead, mentor, and develop FSQA team members to support continuous growth and alignment with organizational objectives • Build and maintain strong partnerships while ensuring compliance with USDA requirements, GMP, HACCP, and third-party certification standards • Implement and manage quality improvement initiatives • Support the development and implementation of processes, procedures, and systems to meet FSQA needs • Analyze consumer experience and sensory feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement • Partner with co-manufacturers to support new product development and change management • Ensure timely investigations of food safety incidents and quality issues • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments • Travel to current and prospective 3P co-manufacturing, repack, and storage facilities as needed

• Support the strategy and development of brand programs to achieve business and brand targets • Oversee the execution of brand initiatives and coordinate cross-functional deliverables • Act as brand steward, ensuring consistency across all consumer and trade touchpoints • Monitor category, market, and consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth • Support budget planning and ongoing program budget tracking • Partner with broader brand team and operations team to support innovation strategy • Support concept development through consumer insights, category research and trend identification • Help manage go-to-market planning for innovation launches • Analyze post-launch performance and contribute to optimization recommendations • Adapt to evolving organizational needs and take on new responsibilities
