• Provide personal and professional customer advice for the industrial packaging sales area and the service area for the return/collection of industrial packaging (recycling), in line with the company’s operational and strategic objectives • Identify potential customers and develop new business relationships within the defined postal code areas (eastern Hesse, northern Bavaria, Saxony / 0, 34, 36, 37 and 9) and acquire new suppliers of used packaging (IBC, drums, canisters) • Conduct technical consultation meetings and present products and services at the customer’s site • Responsibly coordinate the handling and response to customer complaints • Support customer-specific administration tasks • Contribute to the planning of sales figures for the assigned postal code area • Collaborate with internal sales, field colleagues, other departments and sales management • Prepare statistics and reports for sales management
