• Own Walmart D82/Front End, Walmart D92/Gluten Free & Lidl; support Walmart D95/Meat Snacks • Deliver on gross & net sales targets in partnership with Director, Walmart & Sr. Director, Mass/Specialty • Drive new product/category distribution initiatives • Support Walmart customer strategy & new business opportunities • Co-own line reviews • Co-own QBRs with Mass/Specialty team • Sales owner of Walmart D82/D92 projections • Regular visits to Bentonville, AR to build buyer relationships in-person • Own inputs to internal forecast system • Manage item catalogue & setup • Own replenishment management • Monitor customer forecast & proactively communicate updates • Analyze consumption & distributor data

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Walmart
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and relationship building skills
  • Very strong team player
  • High EQ with an ability to flex your communication and collaboration style
  • Experience in a start-up environment preferred
  • Experience in sales planning, trade management, and forecasting
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Experience with Walmart’s Retail Link portal is desired
  • Have worked with trade management and demand planning software

Role Description Fluent is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing account management team. In this role, you will use your performance marketing expertise, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills to provide superior client service, research, and market analysis.
