Expansion Manager

Ecoar Monitoramento Ambiental LTDA

• Identify and open 1 to 3 new points of sale (offices) per month, prioritizing fuel stations. • Ensure the complete setup of each unit (activation within up to 30 days). • Ensure that each new location delivers 20 to 40 new sign-ups in its first month of operation. • Recruit, train and maintain 10 to 15 active external consultants (or representatives) per region. • Directly manage team leaders, enforcing targets and developing talent. • Ensure a minimum volume of 100 to 150 new sign-ups per region month over month. • Monitor and accelerate the performance of each opened office according to the schedule: Focus on recruitment and sign-ups.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Solid background in field sales management, preferably in vehicle protection, consortia, insurance or vehicle tracking.
  • Skills: 'Hunter' profile, strong B2B negotiation skills (partnerships with fuel stations) and experience leading remote teams.
  • Availability: Full availability for travel and on-site fieldwork.
  • Differential: Existing network of sales consultants in the operating region.
