• Identify and open 1 to 3 new points of sale (offices) per month, prioritizing fuel stations. • Ensure the complete setup of each unit (activation within up to 30 days). • Ensure that each new location delivers 20 to 40 new sign-ups in its first month of operation. • Recruit, train and maintain 10 to 15 active external consultants (or representatives) per region. • Directly manage team leaders, enforcing targets and developing talent. • Ensure a minimum volume of 100 to 150 new sign-ups per region month over month. • Monitor and accelerate the performance of each opened office according to the schedule: Focus on recruitment and sign-ups.
• Conduct active prospecting for new clients (door-to-door, referrals, and partnerships) • Present and sell vehicle protection plans • Conduct external sales visits • Follow up on proposals and close sales • Maintain relationships with members and partners • Meet established sales targets • Update the system/CRM with sales and client information
