• Work directly with clients on implementing the monday.com platform, understanding their needs, mapping processes, and proposing customized solutions. • Collaborate in requirements-gathering, planning, and training sessions (Kickoff, Discovery, Validations, Trainings, etc.). • Configure and tailor the monday.com platform with a high degree of customization according to each client's business rules and requirements. • Support the full implementation lifecycle: Kickoff, Discovery, Development, Validation, Training, Go Live, and Support. • Prepare technical documentation and support materials, such as Functional Analysis, Technical Analysis, solution documentation, Proof of Concept (PoC), and others. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in platform usage and propose enhancements. • Ensure strategic adoption of the platform by the client.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in monday.com implementation projects.
- Advanced knowledge of monday.com (certifications are considered a plus).
- Ability to translate business processes into practical solutions within the tool.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead meetings with stakeholders across different profiles.
- Organized, autonomous, with a strong sense of priorities and responsibility.
- Knowledge of integrations using Make.com, APIs, Zapier, or similar tools is desirable.
