• Multichannel Campaign Management • Create, configure, and execute automated marketing campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, social media, and other digital channels. • Segment audiences based on behavioral, demographic, or transactional data. • Design and implement customer journeys using Journey Builder, setting triggers based on user actions (e.g., cart abandonment, newsletter sign-up). • Ensure a personalized and efficient experience across all stages of the funnel. • Work with Data Extensions and Audience Builder to organize and segment contact data. • Ensure data quality and compliance. • Monitor performance metrics (open rate, conversion, ROI) using tools like Email Studio and Analytics Builder. • Run A/B tests to optimize content, send times, and segmentation. • Produce custom reports for stakeholders. • Connect Marketing Cloud to other Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) or external systems via APIs. • Configure data synchronization and cross-system automations (e.g., syncing Marketing Cloud leads with the CRM). • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align strategies and ensure the technical execution of campaigns. • Train internal users on Marketing Cloud functionality. • Keep up with platform updates (new features, such as Einstein AI for predictions) and pursue certifications (e.g., SFMC Email Specialist, SFMC Consultant). • Identify and resolve campaign issues (e.g., email delivery, rendering problems). • Optimize Marketing Cloud infrastructure for better performance.
• You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the commercial process end-to-end, and working strategically to understand clients' needs and present the best solutions. • Perform active (outbound) prospecting to generate new opportunities. • Qualify leads and conduct diagnostic/discovery meetings to gain a deep understanding of customer needs. • Manage the entire sales cycle, from first contact to closing. • Conduct product demonstrations (demos) when necessary, linking solutions to identified pain points. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders. • Maintain an active presence in the partner ecosystem, especially Salesforce and Zendesk, participating in meetings, events, joint initiatives and pipeline generation. • Develop commercial proposals and lead strategic negotiations. • Populate and keep the CRM updated with relevant information. • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success. • Monitor sales metrics and targets, ensuring predictability and performance.
