• Drive root‑cause resolution by investigating integration and installation issues, understanding causal mechanisms, recommending corrective actions, and owning documentation of results. • Strengthen installation quality by applying and improving key processes such as Installation Quality Assurance, OEM integration, and product selection. • Enable cross‑functional alignment by gathering input from SMEs and VPI teams, negotiating requirements, and delivering accurate product data and installation guidance to Application Engineers and OEMs. • Influence machine performance through sound decisions on product selection, design, and integration. • Serve as the primary technical liaison by building strong relationships with customer technical counterparts and resolving installation issues.

• Oversee and facilitate dealership user training and support through the onboarding lifecycle and sustainment efforts. • Provide Automotive Retail Desking and Digital Retailing training to automotive retail dealership staff and have fun while doing it. • Obtain critical milestone signoffs from key dealership contacts. • Proactively identify implementation risks and mitigate them effectively and efficiently. • Manage 5-8 projects at one time. • Manage training and setup items in an organized manner, keeping detailed notes, and completing all checklist items in our implementation runbook. • Must successfully complete an 8-10 week training program and display a strong grasp of product and process knowledge retention. • Demonstrated history of sustaining a positive attitude during high-stress situations with OEM, dealer partners (DP), and internal teams. • Fast-learner, and passionate ability to remain in-touch with fast-changing SaaS solutions. • In-depth knowledge of the retail automotive industry, including common terminology and dealership process flows. • Deep understanding of Tekion products, including end-user workflows and configurations. • Knowledge and understanding of onboarding and sustainment processes, including adjacent internal teams' roles & responsibilities with the project. • Represent Tekion in a positive and professional way in all dealership interactions. • Foster relationships with all OEM, dealership personnel, and stakeholders.

• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer integrity programs, data systems, and workflows — translating requirements into implementation plans • Guide customers through migration and mapping of ILI datasets, PODS/APDM/UPDM GIS models, corrosion & CP databases, and field NDE records into AIP/CIM • Validate and QA customer data loads: unit conversions, stationing alignment, anomaly classification mapping, and data integrity checks • Configure AIP platform modules to reflect customer integrity management processes, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards • Deliver on-site and remote training tailored to integrity engineers, GIS analysts, and operations teams • Write and validate SQL scripts, data transformation queries, and ETL routines to load and reconcile pipeline integrity datasets • Support API and GIS integrations between AIP and customer systems — Esri ArcGIS, PODS databases, SCADA feeds, ILI vendor platforms • Build reusable implementation playbooks, data mapping templates, and configuration guides • Troubleshoot data quality and integration issues; escalate product gaps to the AIP engineering team as the voice of the operator

Role Description As an Implementation Consultant, you deploy Illumia's Cloud POS, Mobile Ordering, and related commerce solutions for higher education and campus clients. You independently manage short-term technical project engagements from configuration through installation, training, and launch — delivering onsite and remote services that help each client get optimal value from their Illumia technology. Qualifications - Degree or certificate in a technical or IT concentration, or equivalent work experience. - Ability to learn and master new software solutions. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft products, including but not limited to Excel. - Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication. - Detail-oriented and proactive mindset. - Strong time management skills. - Ability to develop and maintain deployment priorities with minimal supervision. - Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
