Senior Client Success Partner – Care Gap, Coding Automation

• Own the day-to-day monitoring, quality assurance, and operational management of HITL workflows • Provide Tier 2 technical support and issue triage for clients • Track and monitor HITL queues and workflows • Review HITL-reviewed interactions for quality assurance • Identify trends in HITL overrides and model misclassifications • Lead root cause analysis for recurring issues • Perform SQL queries and collaborate with technical teams • Manage support SLAs and OLAs in accordance with contracts
• Spearhead the discovery, evaluation, and integration of new datasets, collaborating (incl. pipeline development and data modeling/documentation) working closely with key data stakeholders to understand their impact and relevance to our core products and the healthcare domain • Facilitate the technical management of data assets - clearly tracking and maintaining context on the data within the dataset lifecycle and sustaining tight partnerships with immediate partners on ingestion & solution data engineering • Translate product / analytical vision into highly functional data pipelines supporting high quality & highly trusted data products (incl. designing data structures, building and scheduling data transformation pipelines, improving transparency etc.) • Set the standard for data engineering practices within the company, guiding the architectural approaches, data pipeline designs, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Define and manage the timeline for enterprise-wide, multi-module deployments, with an initial focus on the Qventus Inpatient Capacity solution. • Work with Data Integration Specialists, Clinical Operation Consultants, and Product Specialists throughout each deployment to identify and implement solutions that deliver client value. • Collaborate with external client teams to understand evolving requirements/needs and communicate potential approaches to address them. • Leverage deep functional Inpatient expertise to create and sustain buy-in from core users, executives, and care coordinators around workflows and tool adoption • Provide technical project leadership to manage the full deployment lifecycle from internal project kickoff to go-live by prioritizing tasks, identifying dependencies, and ensuring deliverables are met. • Build and manage relationships at multiple levels of client organizations, from frontline staff to C-suite stakeholders. • Identify and mitigate risks and advise Delivery team leaders on project opportunities and risks, driving any issues to resolution. • Identify process improvement opportunities and create structured approaches to close gaps. • Serve as the owner and accountable team member for assigned accounts/customers with limited oversight. • Effectively lead complex engagements with matrixed teams (technical and operational). • Articulate Qventus’ value proposition and create value for customers by establishing clearly defined business outcomes. • Leverages deep functional expertise in order to sustain buy-in from core users and executives around workflows and tool adoption. • Creates a customer base who is excited about Qventus and serves as a reference for prospective customers. • A passion for fixing our healthcare system.
Technical Implementation Partner – Patient Care Coordination

• Serve as a strategic clinical voice across Periop and PCC product lines. • Leverage expertise in pre-anesthesia testing, perioperative nursing, and clinical workflow design. • Partner with clinical directors to ensure product decisions reflect actual care practices. • Drive expansion through clinical insights and own clinical workflow design and signoff.
• Own and maintain the general ledger; ensure the chart of accounts is accurate, well-structured, and consistently applied across all transactions • Lead the posting and reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly basis, including but not limited to: Banking, Fixed Assets, Prepaids, Accrued Compensation, Accrued Payables, Deferred Revenue, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Allocations, and Equity • Own and maintain amortization and allocation schedules, including capitalized internally developed software costs in accordance with ASC 350-40 • Prepare and reconcile payroll and payroll clearing entries on a monthly basis • Review customer collectability and analyze aging receivables; escalate collection risks as appropriate • Prepare revenue journal entries in accordance with ASC 606; own deferred revenue schedules and reconcile to the general ledger • Prepare stock-based compensation (SBC) entries and related disclosures in accordance with ASC 718 • Prepare accrual entries for month-end including accrued expenses, unbilled liabilities, and deferred items • Support timely and accurate completion of monthly close activities within a 4 business day close schedule • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for management, including Financial Flux Analysis and Debt Compliance • Oversee the full-cycle AP process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper controls • Manage the AP email inbox and resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner • Oversee vendor onboarding and maintain accurate vendor records • Review and approve vendor bills coded and processed in Bill.com (BILL) • Perform and review vendor sub-ledger account reconciliations • Own the reconciliation of corporate credit card transactions via Ramp • Lead spend controls management in Ramp and partner with Accounting Manager to implement policy improvements • Review and approve employee expense reports in accordance with the company’s T&E policy • Serve as the primary Accounting representative for expense-related policy questions and escalations • Oversee the monthly customer invoicing process in Intacct – entering monthly Customer invoices and managing recurring invoice schedules • Support customer onboarding from an AR perspective; serve as point of contact for billing inquiries • Lead customer aging reviews and manage the collections process for outstanding receivables • Own customer sub-ledger account reconciliations • Maintain deferred revenue schedules and ensure proper recognition in accordance with ASC 606 • Own Sales & Use Tax compliance, including monthly and quarterly filings, using Anrok • Manage state business registrations and payroll tax compliance • Oversee processing of Company 1099s & 3921s • Assist Accounting Manager as a partner to FP&A for vendor spend analysis, personnel cost tracking, and variance explanations • Provide financial data and analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles • Own headcount reconciliation and partner with FP&A on workforce planning inputs • Respond to complex ad hoc financial analysis requests from FP&A and senior business leaders • Partner with Finance, HR, and Sales Operations on deal structures, billing, and compensation accounting • Assist with annual external audit by preparing PBC schedules, responding to auditor inquiries, and providing supporting documentation • Liaise with external auditors during quarterly reviews and year-end audit • Ensure audit schedules are complete, accurate, and delivered on time • Own the documentation and ongoing maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all core accounting functions • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to automate and improve accounting processes via AI or system integrations; partner with internal teams to execute • Drive scalable process improvements as the company grows and the Accounting function matures

• Own the early-stage advancement of opportunities from Qualify → Discovery, and as proficiency grows, Discovery → Evaluation. • Execute solution-specific Sales Playbooks to ensure all exit criteria are met before handoff. • Capture and document discovery answers (via email, prep, or call notes) to support progression. • Execute warm handoffs of qualified opportunities to AVPs with complete and accurate context. • Run multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, and administrative calling to activate early interest and secure meetings. • Engage cold accounts or pre-qualified accounts to generate first conversations for AVPs from Ideal Customer Persona (ICP) accounts. • Conduct inbound lead triage and fast follow-up for prospects engaging with marketing assets or events. • Call clinical and operational office lines or executive assistants to schedule meetings and coordinate access. • Partner with AVPs to tailor account-specific ABM plays using provided templates and messaging frameworks. • Customize persona-based outreach sequences and messaging for specific territories and strategic accounts. • Maintain and continuously refine Sales Navigator filters to ensure the right personas and accounts stay in focus. • Build and maintain relationship maps at the opportunity and account level to track influence, organizational structure, and decision pathways. • Ensure all relevant contacts are captured, enriched, and updated within Salesforce. • Manage account specific paperflite landing pages for prospect accounts. • Participate in early discovery calls (typically led by the AVP) to gather essential account context, pain points, and opportunity signals. • Take clear, structured notes and capture the information required to satisfy discovery-stage exit criteria. • Conduct light pre-call research to support AVP preparation and call strategy. • Create v1 slideware or call prep materials using approved templates and automation tools for Qualify and Discovery conversations.
