The Role We are looking for a founding Account Executive to help us exceed our growth goals. If you are an AE with a passion for aviation technology and early-stage startups, we’d love to connect! As one of the first sales hires, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and building our customer base. You will work directly with our customers, founders, and engineering team to ensure our customers are receiving and using solutions that streamline and transform their daily workflows. Building strong customer relationships and a deep understanding of our product's value and the aviation aftermarket are essential to your success in this role. About the role: We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our growing team. Ideally you'll have experience selling due diligence products and/or services to financial institutions, asset allocators, commercial real estate investors and/or corporate accounts. You’ll be working directly with our Vice President of Sales and will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and accelerating revenue growth. This position can be remote and is based in the U.S., Eastern time zone working hours. What you’ll do: Generate your own pipeline via multi-channel outbound hunting, in person conferences/events, and warm referrals. Manage and close inbound qualified leads. Identify and translate prospects’ needs into thoughtful demos, POCs, and proposals. Work closely with your colleagues in Account Management to onboard and activate new customers. Cooperate with Account Management to pursue a “land and expand” approach to continually grow customer usage. Tenaciously follow-through on all opportunities while overcoming objections. Continuously refine your tactics, pitch, and approach. Crush your sales quotas Work with Intelligo leadership to execute a thoughtful and effective market strategy. What it takes: 3-5+ years of experience closing new business in a related enhanced due diligence firm/investigative firm, background check provider, with specific experience in due diligence or compliance Experience selling into the Financial Services space Track record of success in a quota-carrying role True hunter mindset with the proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities and manage a pipeline with urgency Ability to map stakeholders and build new relationships at all levels of an organization Effectiveness on screen and in person: Zoom, conference, and in-person meetings Great presentation, communication, and Salesforce skills Bachelor’s degree preferred What we offer: Competitive compensation package, including an uncapped and accelerating commission opportunity A very collaborative global group of colleagues A great revenue tech and data stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Preqin, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.) Generous PTO and vacation policy 401k automatic contribution Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Comp: OTE range: $230,000 - $260,000. We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs which may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above.
