• Support the growth of our anesthesia organization through strategic sourcing and recruitment of CRNAs and Anesthesiologists. • Focus on sourcing, relationship-building, and university engagement. • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates. • Maintain relationships with SRNA programs, universities, faculty, and students. • Represent the organization at conferences, career fairs, networking events, and university programs. • Partner with hiring leaders to execute recruiting strategies aligned with business needs. • Create outreach campaigns using platforms such as Greenhouse, HireEZ, PracticeMatch, and LinkedIn. • Support recruitment marketing efforts through social media engagement and employer branding initiatives. • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and provide a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting clinical providers.
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills with experience engaging passive candidates.
- Ability to manage high-volume sourcing activity while maintaining strong candidate relationships and attention to detail.
- Experience using recruiting technologies, social media, and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.

• Clarify hiring needs and conduct structured briefings with hiring managers — ensuring a clear understanding of the candidate profile • Create job postings and actively advertise across various role-specific channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) • Active sourcing via LinkedIn, GitHub, professional communities and other platforms • Proactively manage the entire candidate pipeline in our ATS (Tellent Recruitee) • Conduct professional interviews in German and English • Ensure a positive candidate experience — from first contact to the final offer • Support the People Operations team with HR administrative tasks as needed
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various internship roles, ensuring an efficient, high-touch, and inclusive experience for every candidate. • Strategize, plan, and facilitate engaging university events, tech talks, hackathons, and competition sponsorships that elevate Zipline’s brand visibility. • Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to align on hiring needs, define role requirements, and guide them through interview loops and candidate selection. • Travel to universities and key industry competitions to engage directly with students, pitch Zipline's mission, and proactively source top-tier talent. • Keep recruiting data clean and up-to-date in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), providing regular updates on pipeline health and event ROI to recruiting leadership.
