• Clarify hiring needs and conduct structured briefings with hiring managers — ensuring a clear understanding of the candidate profile • Create job postings and actively advertise across various role-specific channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) • Active sourcing via LinkedIn, GitHub, professional communities and other platforms • Proactively manage the entire candidate pipeline in our ATS (Tellent Recruitee) • Conduct professional interviews in German and English • Ensure a positive candidate experience — from first contact to the final offer • Support the People Operations team with HR administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the tech or EdTech sector
- Proven success in active sourcing, especially on LinkedIn
- Deep understanding of recruiting channels (e.g., LinkedIn Jobs) and confident handling of data
- Structured, independent working style and high reliability in stakeholder management
- Openness to AI tools in the recruiting context
- German at native speaker level combined with professional proficiency in English
