Role Description Pavago is seeking a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. This role plays a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent for a diverse range of client positions across multiple industries. Responsibilities - Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment - Create and publish engaging job postings across multiple hiring platforms. - Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels. - Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Identify passive candidates through proactive sourcing strategies. - Candidate Assessment & Interviewing - Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit. - Assess candidate suitability based on client requirements. - Prepare comprehensive interview evaluations and hiring recommendations. - Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed profiles highlighting their strengths and qualifications. - Interview Coordination - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Manage interview scheduling and ensure a smooth recruitment experience. - Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout every stage of the hiring process. - Provide timely updates and feedback whenever possible. - Client Collaboration - Develop a strong understanding of each client's hiring requirements, business goals, and company culture. - Work closely with internal stakeholders to refine candidate profiles and hiring strategies. - Deliver exceptional client service by presenting highly qualified candidates efficiently. - Recruitment Operations - Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Keep recruitment pipelines organized and up to date. - Support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for successful candidates. - Continuously improve recruitment workflows and sourcing strategies. Qualifications - Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar hiring role. - Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Experience conducting structured candidate interviews. - Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Experience coordinating multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms. - Proficiency with video conferencing tools for remote interviews. - Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. - Experience recruiting for remote or international positions. - Experience working in a recruitment agency or staffing environment. - Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques. - Experience recruiting across multiple industries and functional roles.
