Emerging Talent Recruiter – Contractor

Zipline

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various internship roles, ensuring an efficient, high-touch, and inclusive experience for every candidate. • Strategize, plan, and facilitate engaging university events, tech talks, hackathons, and competition sponsorships that elevate Zipline’s brand visibility. • Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to align on hiring needs, define role requirements, and guide them through interview loops and candidate selection. • Travel to universities and key industry competitions to engage directly with students, pitch Zipline's mission, and proactively source top-tier talent. • Keep recruiting data clean and up-to-date in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), providing regular updates on pipeline health and event ROI to recruiting leadership.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience dedicated to university, early career, or emerging talent recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced tech or engineering environment.
  • Demonstrated experience planning, organizing, and executing creative on-campus or virtual recruiting events and managing logistics seamlessly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence, guide, and build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability and excitement to travel domestically to attend career fairs, competitions, and campus events.
  • A passion for delivering an empathetic, transparent, and stellar experience to early-career candidates navigating the job market.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-volume pipelines and moving event timelines simultaneously.
