• Manage all AGFA imaging equipment in assigned territory • To include timely troubleshooting and repair, preventative maintenance and execution of field service bulletins • Assist peer Field Service Engineers (FSE) out of territory when needed and work load permits • Provide timely and detailed feedback on technology performance, reliability, serviceability, service quality and design issues back to US DR product team • Work directly with Project Management and Installation Team to plan, execute and validate installations within assigned territory • Work with sales in identifying DR prospects and provide technical support during pre and post sales activity • Develop a close working relationship with the customer to provide assistance and guidance towards developing an action plan for additional AGFA sales (Service Maintenance Agreements, Upgrades, Professional Services, or new equipment) • Installation, remedial and preventive maintenance of Agfa DR support and x-ray room experiences and other OEM products trained on • Review of DR / IMAGING equipment operational function with the customer to meet training obligations during installations • Perform DR / IMAGING and x-ray room experience is required • Provides immediate response and prompt resolution to hardware and software problems to ensure customer uptime and satisfaction • Develops DR / x-ray room solutions for technical problems by interfacing with hospital systems IT systems administrators, end user personnel and outside vendors and support teams • Insures maximum DR / IMAGING uptime, performance and efficiency of all Agfa systems • Installs software, hardware and executes performance analysis as needed for DR and imaging • Defines DR / IMAGING problems, verifies defects in system, then applies fix, circumvention, or other probable reconciliatory techniques • Escalations: Initiate and follow all issues DR / IMAGING escalation processes and to keep the customer and management informed as to the status of the escalation

Qualifications - Hands-on experience in the Industrial Vertical such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing or Pharmaceuticals is required. - 3+ years in forward deployed engineering/pre-sales engineering, or technical software development, ideally in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or industrial software companies. - Hands-on keyboard problem solving. - Strong engineering background. Preferred fields include but are not limited to Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Machine Learning. - A strong foundation in Python and a deep understanding of the GenAI landscape (embeddings, RAG, and prompt chaining). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability and interest to travel up to 50% as needed to be "on the ground" where the impact happens. • Provide program leadership, technical direction, and assistance to ABB end customers, users and other ABB field personnel in the operation, inspection, maintenance and repair of assigned product lines to include but not limited to; power delivery, drive systems and control systems. • Complying with all ABB and end customer EHS policies and procedures. • Installing, maintaining, repairing and commissioning equipment used in power delivery, support outages, control systems and power quality systems. • Developing working relationships with fellow team members and follow directions from Field Engineers, Lead Field Engineers, and Senior Management. • Cultivating excellent relationships with clients that lead to a strong base of referral business.

• Execute work to meet assigned objectives. • Responsibility includes performing installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on critical power and electrical distribution equipment. • Deliver quality customer service and execute service work as per customer orders and expectations. • Work on-site with customers to identify opportunities for operational improvement and eliminate pain points. • Perform field service tasks, including identifying technical issues and conducting certified on-site troubleshooting. • Be responsible for hands-on execution of projects, including startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, engineering, design, and repair of Power Delivery/Distribution equipment. • Prepare material lists for service activities, ensuring all materials, parts, and equipment meet quality standards and are available. • Execute installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, extensions, upgrades, retrofits, end-of-life services, and replacements. • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance satisfaction. • Proactively detect potential equipment failures and recommend corrective actions. • Identify and suggest product and quality improvements. • Provide recommendations to management for improving operations and customer service. • Follow safety protocols and maintain safe work and environmental practices.
