Role Description We're looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our Hiring team to help us source and hire talented, diverse people into our tech recruitment team. - Working with Hiring Managers to structure and run great hiring processes. - Helping hiring managers identify the skills they’re looking for and how best to assess these. - Challenging their thinking and asking the right questions to figure out what’s needed. - Managing hiring processes from beginning to end and convincing candidates to join us. - Caring deeply about diversity and inclusiveness, ensuring candidates have an amazing experience. - Finding the right candidates from a range of backgrounds and making them feel welcome at Monzo. - Moving mountains in the background to make the hiring process effortless and pleasant. - Passionate about refining hiring processes to make them simpler and more effective. - Using data to evaluate what’s going well and where improvements can be made.
