• Take high-level marketing goals and campaign briefs, autonomously conceptualizing and executing high-level visual systems for major product and marketing launches. • Own, scale, and document Plume's brand identity system (Figma libraries, templates, and style guides) to ensure a unified and consistent visual language across all platforms. • Direct and execute high-impact motion assets, GIFs, and short-form video ads specifically optimized for paid and organic channels. • Iterate rapidly on creative assets based on A/B testing and performance data. • Leverage prior experience to design and implement efficient creative request, feedback, and delivery processes. • Oversee the creative output from freelancers and internal teams, establishing a high visual bar, providing clear feedback, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. • Collaborate effectively with non-designer stakeholders across departments to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a DTC brand, high-growth startup, or creative agency environment.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other standard graphic design tools.
  • Intermediate video editing and motion design skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro), with a proven ability to create motion ad assets and GIFs.
  • Experience building or maintaining scalable design systems and creating structured creative request and feedback workflows.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating broad creativity, talent, and experience with multi-channel (digital and print) marketing campaigns.
  • Deep passion for and commitment to Plume’s mission of providing gender-affirming care and supporting the trans and gender non-conforming community.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and receive and incorporate constructive feedback into design work.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Role Description We’re looking for a contract Graphic Designer to support our Lifecycle Marketing team, with a focus on evergreen and flow-based creative across email and SMS.
