Collections Strategy Advisor

• Plan and structure collection campaigns and contact sequences, defining workflows, channels and the most appropriate approaches. • Segment and prioritize members based on profile and delinquency level, directing more targeted strategies. • Analyze data and KPIs, monitor results to guide decisions and continually refine strategies. • Implement and enhance collection models and methodologies to improve effectiveness and scalability. • Monitor the performance of collection initiatives — including campaigns, customer service and branch operations — and drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in collections, credit recovery or campaign management.
  • Experience with portfolio segmentation and defining strategies by delinquency band.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with databases and performance indicators.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of the credit union model, especially Sicredi, is a plus.
  • Experience in collections and credit recovery is a plus.
  • Experience with digital channels such as WhatsApp, SMS and dialers is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the member journey and engagement strategies is a plus.
  • ANBIMA C-Pro R certification or higher is a plus.

Role Description We are looking for a Credit and Collections Analyst to work alongside our team, reaching out to customers across regions to collect on overdue balances, reconcile accounts, assist with Collections Analyst escalations, and work cross-functionally to ensure disputes are raised and resolved in a timely manner.
