• You will support planning, implementing and analyzing cross-media marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, email marketing, search). • You will create creative, audience-targeted content in the form of copy, images or short videos for our channels. • You will actively manage our social media profiles, interact with the community and help grow our reach among parents and potential tutors. • You will contribute to the search engine optimization (SEO) of our website and write engaging posts for our corporate blog. • You will conduct small independent market and competitor analyses to identify current trends in the EdTech market. • You will assist with the evaluation of our marketing metrics (KPIs) and prepare reports so we can adapt our strategies based on data. • You will support the preparation and promotion of digital events, info webinars and online workshops. • In meetings you are expected to bring your own perspective and ideas rather than just ticking off tasks — your opinion is explicitly welcome. • You will not work "in the back room" but will be part of a small, ambitious team that wants to grow together. • You will actively support digitization and process integrations.
Job Requirements
- Very good German language skills and ability to express yourself clearly in spoken and written German
- Ongoing or completed vocational training or degree in Business, Psychology, Educational Management, Education/Pedagogy or a related field
- You can start your exciting full-time internship (42 hours/week) immediately. Duration: 3 months. For mandatory internships, durations of 6 months are sometimes possible.
