• Create and update marketing assets (brochures, social graphics, case studies) following corporate guidelines. • Manage content calendars and project timelines using Google Workspace to ensure timely execution. • Draft and localize copy for newsletters, social media, and internal communications with brand-aligned precision. • Support operational setups for webinars and coordinate materials for industry conferences. • Track campaign performance and create reports using Google Sheets and Analytics to guide future strategy. • Partner with People & Culture to create recruitment content highlighting our values and culture. • Maintain our central digital asset library for global team accessibility.

• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business goals • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies • Identify risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure project success • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, both internal and external, in English and German • Facilitate regular status updates, meetings, and reporting to ensure alignment across teams • Provide guidance on methodology, ensuring quality and adherence to standards • Oversee implementation and execution, identifying opportunities for process improvements • Take full ownership of projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and make decisions proactively to keep projects on track • Drive continuous improvement and document best practices for future projects • Understand the value levers of the project and deliver on them

• Build, maintain, and improve automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make.com, or similar • Administer and maintain our tool stack (e.g. Google Workspace, Odoo) • Ensure high data quality across systems • Create and maintain reporting templates and dashboards in Google Sheets • Support the monthly financial close cycle • Maintain and improve our cybersecurity hygiene • Document processes clearly and keep documentation up to date • Support onboarding of external partners and contractors • Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest improvements

• Work closely with very qualified and motivated back-end developers, analysts and architects • Support and enforce best practices for content layout, navigation and site architecture for simple to complex web applications or websites • Apply company-tailored working procedures on a daily basis • Keep up to date with the latest web technologies • Develop expert-level knowledge about web & mobile front-end development standards and platforms, performance and user experience & share it with the team
