B2B Marketing Manager

Role Description We’re searching for a B2B Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth by optimizing outbound email campaigns, commercial packaging, and newsletter performance. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build scalable marketing systems, directly impact pipeline generation, and shape how we monetize one of the leading crypto media platforms globally. - Design, build, and continuously optimize multi-touch outbound email sequences across different buyer personas (crypto-native, institutional, event-driven), using A/B testing and performance insights; - Create and package high-converting sales materials, including one-pagers, pitch decks, pricing sheets, and objection-handling frameworks; - Own BeInCrypto’s newsletter portfolio end-to-end—from strategy and segmentation to production, sponsored placements, and performance optimization; - Analyze performance across newsletters, outbound campaigns, and partner activities; identify trends and drive continuous improvements based on data; - Own Sales CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility by running regular audits, identifying stalled or at-risk deals, and ensuring clear processes, data quality, and lead routing.
