Senior Media Buyer

• Achieve/exceed target KPIs (ex. ROAS, CPA) across all managed campaigns. • Effectively build, optimize, and manage campaigns & associated budgets to maximize performance while staying within defined spending limits. • Support the implementation of new tools and processes to improve output and allow buyers to take on more accounts at an efficient rate. • Master Meta media buying platforms and identify innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance while echoing these efficiencies to the department. • Provide accurate and insightful campaign analysis, translating data from campaigns, website, and funnels into actionable next steps for optimization. • Ensure all media buyers are supported and work to build new processes and tools to increase department efficiency. • Ensure clear and effective communication with clients or internal stakeholders regarding campaign performance and strategy. • Ensure all media buying activities adhere to platform & agency policies as well as industry regulations.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience using/building tools and AI applications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field (optional).
- Advanced certifications in relevant advertising platforms (e.g.,Meta Blueprint, advanced analytics certifications) are a plus.
- Extensive experience using AI tools such as Chat GPT, Midjourney, etc
- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing large-scale digital advertising campaigns.
- Extensive experience with associated advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok, programmatic platforms).
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of attribution modeling and campaign measurement.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation.
- Expertise in budget management and forecasting.
- Experience with advanced reporting and presenting data to stakeholders.
- Experience with training and mentoring junior team members.
