Role Description Thought Logic is looking for an Oracle EPM Sales Leader to help drive growth across our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management practice. This person will own the full sales cycle for Oracle EPM opportunities, from building pipeline and shaping pursuits to closing deals and expanding client relationships. We’re looking for someone who can credibly engage with CFOs, CIOs, and Finance leaders, while also partnering closely with our delivery teams to shape practical, compelling solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of Oracle EPM knowledge, consulting or software sales experience, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex finance transformation needs into clear business value. What You'll Do - Own and grow a revenue pipeline across Oracle EPM, Oracle Cloud EPM, Hyperion, and related finance transformation solutions. - Develop and execute pursuit strategies for new logo and expansion opportunities. - Engage CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and Finance leadership as a trusted advisor on EPM strategy, planning, forecasting, close, consolidation, reporting, and broader finance transformation needs. - Partner with Oracle practice and delivery leaders to shape proposals, statements of work, solution approaches, and client presentations. - Identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and help expand Thought Logic’s Oracle footprint. - Drive Oracle partner and co-sell motions, including collaboration with Oracle field sales, alliance teams, and partner channels. - Represent Thought Logic at Oracle partner events, industry forums, networking opportunities, and client-facing conversations. - Help clients understand the value of Oracle’s evolving AI capabilities, including predictive planning, anomaly detection, narrative reporting, Oracle Digital Assistant, Fusion Analytics, and related AI-enabled EPM solutions. - Maintain strong pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and clean CRM hygiene. - Mentor and support junior business development team members as the practice continues to grow. Who You'll Work With - Work closely with Oracle EPM practice leadership, delivery teams, client leaders, and business development team. - Engage with CFOs, Finance leaders, CIOs, Oracle alliance partners, and client stakeholders. - Have direct access to practice and firm leadership, along with a strong delivery bench that can support pursuits, solutioning, and client conversations. What You'll Bring - 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in ERP, EPM, consulting, or enterprise software. - Deep knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud, including areas such as EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, Profitability, Narrative Reporting, and/or the Hyperion suite. - A proven track record of closing complex consulting or software engagements, ideally including deals of $500K or more. - Experience building and managing a healthy sales pipeline, with comfort owning annual bookings targets and forecast accountability. - Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence CFOs, CIOs, COOs, VP-level Finance leaders, and other senior stakeholders. - Experience developing business cases, leading executive presentations, and communicating with board-level or senior leadership audiences. - Established Oracle alliance relationships, including experience with Oracle Partner Network, Oracle co-sell motions, and collaboration with Oracle field sales or alliance teams. - Working knowledge of Oracle’s AI capabilities across EPM and ERP, including Oracle Digital Assistant, anomaly detection, predictive planning, Fusion Analytics, generative AI narrative reporting, and related AI/ML-enabled capabilities. - Experience partnering with delivery teams to shape client solutions, proposals, and statements of work. - A strong understanding of finance transformation, FP&A, close and consolidation, reporting, and enterprise performance management challenges. Bonus if you have: - Prior consulting firm experience, including Big 4, boutique advisory, or Oracle system integrator environments. - Background in FP&A, Finance transformation, close, consolidation, or related finance processes. - Oracle Partner Network certifications or similar Oracle ecosystem experience. - Existing CFO, VP Finance, or Finance Transformation relationships in target markets or industries. - Hands-on experience positioning Oracle AI capabilities within EPM sales cycles.
