Role Description To drive sales growth through proactive prospecting, effective client engagement, and disciplined execution of the sales process, in line with approved Sales SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company objectives. Duties & Responsibilities - Prospecting & Lead Management - Prospect and qualify new sales leads through inbound and outbound channels. - Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using Lead Square. - Conduct follow-ups with prospects at least every 15 days. - Client Engagement & Sales Presentations - Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients. - Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations. - Build strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers. - Quotations & Negotiation - Prepare and issue quotations using the approved quoting tool. - Follow up on quotations and manage client negotiations within authority levels. - Escalate discount requests in line with company policy. - Sales Closure & Compliance - Obtain required legal and compliance documentation, including KYC. - Ensure adherence to ethical sales practices and regulatory requirements. - Post-Sales Support - Support onboarding and membership activation. - Assist with client inductions and post-sale follow-ups. - Reporting & Meetings - Maintain accurate operational sales reports. - Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales meetings.
