EH&S Regional Manager

Elevated Facility Services

• Conduct facility inspections to identify environmental, health, and safety risks • Develop, implement, and maintain inspection procedures and schedules • Monitor compliance with all applicable safety policies, procedures, and regulations • Ensure adherence to OSHA and environmental standards • Create and implement comprehensive health and safety procedures across all business units • Develop and deliver training programs on Emergency response, Workplace safety, and Regulatory compliance • Promote a strong safety culture through education and engagement • Prepare detailed inspection reports and document findings • Maintain accurate records of Hazardous material usage and exposure, Waste discharge and environmental compliance • Ensure Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are current and readily accessible

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree - Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or related field (required)
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EHS or a related field
  • OSHA certification/training strongly preferred

This Fully Remote position offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $195,000, depending on experience, technical expertise, and demonstrated ability to manage teams that work on high-exposure, highly complex claims. This role is responsible for leading a team of experienced claims adjusters handling the company’s highest exposure and most complex claims. This role oversees daily operations, drives strategic initiatives, and ensures effective claims handling aligned with organizational goals. This role sets clear objectives, leads projects, and provides coaching and mentorship to build and sustain a high performing, engaged workforce. The position requires a high level of technical expertise and collaboration with professionals across various disciplines, including defense attorneys, experts, underwriters, and agents.
