• Manage full-cycle sales opportunities from discovery to close • Conduct sales calls, demos, and follow-ups with qualified prospects • Sell financial advisor AI software to business owners, advisors, and decision-makers • Lead discovery calls to identify business needs, pain points, budget, timeline, and decision-making process • Present the software clearly and connect features to measurable business outcomes • Maintain control of the sales process from first conversation to signed agreement • Communicate the value of AI software in improving productivity, client engagement, lead handling, and business growth • Explain software benefits in a clear, practical, and ROI-focused way • Tailor presentations based on the prospect’s business model, goals, and current workflow • Handle questions related to implementation, adoption, pricing, value, and long-term use • Position the software as a solution to operational, sales, and client management challenges • Handle objections confidently and professionally • Negotiate terms while protecting company pricing, value, and standards • Close high-ticket software sales using consultative and value-based selling methods • Maintain urgency and deal momentum through structured follow-ups • Manage multi-step sales conversations and keep prospects moving toward a decision • Maintain a clean and accurate sales pipeline in the CRM • Track activity, deal stages, follow-ups, close probability, and conversion metrics • Provide regular pipeline updates and revenue forecasts • Document prospect needs, objections, next steps, and deal status accurately • Use CRM data and performance metrics to improve sales execution and close rates • Work with leadership, marketing, and product support teams to align sales messaging with the software’s capabilities • Share market feedback on objections, pricing, positioning, and prospect needs • Support the improvement of sales scripts, demos, case studies, and closing materials • Ensure closed deals are properly handed off for onboarding and implementation

Job Requirements

  • Strong SaaS sales background is required
  • Minimum of 3 years of closing experience, preferably in SaaS, software, fintech, AI tools, or B2B technology sales
  • Proven ability to close high-ticket or subscription-based deals
  • Experience selling to business owners, financial professionals, advisors, or professional service providers is strongly preferred
  • Strong discovery, consultative selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to clearly explain software value, ROI, and business impact
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of CRM discipline and pipeline organization
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling SaaS products to financial advisors, insurance professionals, wealth management firms, or financial service providers
  • Experience selling AI software, automation tools, CRM platforms, marketing technology, or fintech solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience with demo-based selling and multi-call close processes
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, call tracking, proposal tools, and e-signature platforms
  • Ability to sell both the technical value and business value of a software product

Benefits

  • $52,000 base salary for the first 90 days
  • The first 90 days will be structured as a non-recoverable draw
  • 15%–30% commission, based on performance metrics
  • Uncapped earning potential based on closed revenue and sales performance
