Qualifications - 2-3 years sales experience preferred. - 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. - Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales. - Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. - Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills. - Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. - Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license. Requirements - Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. - Shift options are 11:30-8pm EST, 12:30-9pm EST, or 1:30-10 EST. - All computer equipment is provided. - Must maintain department work-at-home (W@H) requirements, including a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet connection.
