This role is remote within the Northeast region. Candidates must reside in Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or Vermont. Role Description Leads AI enablement for Product Owners (POs) within USRM’s Software Product Operations Team. Accountable for making AI practical in day-to-day PO work—reducing manual effort, improving consistency of artifacts, and accelerating delivery quality. Owns the AI Office Hours program, PO-facing AI repository (prompts, templates, guidance), and the change management needed to drive sustained adoption. This is an individual contributor role focused on enablement and program leadership (not platform ownership or vendor management). Collaborate with others who are leveraging this content across the org to inform them of updates and changes. - Manage an Early Adopter/Guild cohort to source use cases and blockers; amplify peer examples to accelerate adoption. - Change Management and Stakeholder Alignment - Drive role-based enablement with clear roles and responsibilities across Product, Engineering, and Business partners. - Partner with Agile leaders to align AI guidance with current standards; ensure changes land with teams. - Coordinate with Portfolio Ops, Business Architecture, and Analytics to embed AI enablement into operating forums and communications. - Build strong partnerships with POs/DPOs, Product Enablement, Business Architecture, Portfolio Ops, legal/compliance, security, tool owners (e.g., Microsoft Copilot), and enterprise AI teams. - Communicate progress, risks, and needs succinctly to senior product leadership; capture and act on feedback. - AI in the PDLC Initiative — Program Management (Product Excellence scope) - Prepare leader-ready updates and facilitate a bi‑weekly leaders’ sync focused on product practices (requirements documentation, OKRs/roadmaps, backlog quality). - Track cross-domain actions to closure; maintain a lightweight roadmap of enablement milestones and practice changes for POs/DPOs.
