Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level software architecture, delivery, or application modernization projects
- 6+ years of experience with software delivery
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, configuration, and customization within complex enterprise environments
- 5+ years of experience with MuleSoft integration strategies, API-led connectivity frameworks, and implementation of scalable and secure integration solutions
- Experience using AI tooling to identify efficiencies in your work
- Knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce platform development, including configuration versus custom code decisions, governance frameworks, data migration strategies, and integration patterns
- Ability to align business requirements with technical architecture, delivering solutions that meet scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability standards, and provide technical leadership, including guiding development teams, conducting code reviews, and enforcing architectural standards
