Role Description The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in the Payments domain will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions that support payment processing, clearing, and settlement systems. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand payment-related requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Analyze existing payment systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. - Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs and regulatory standards. - Support integration of payment systems with internal and external platforms (ACH, SWIFT, Wire Transfers, ISO 20022). - Conduct impact analysis for changes in payment regulations and standards. - Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and use cases. - Assist in testing activities (UAT, SIT) and validate payment workflows. - Act as a subject matter expert for payment systems and provide guidance during troubleshooting and incident resolution. Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise also in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to join our team. - Design and implement robust Salesforce solutions considering impact analysis, ensuring scalability, performance, data integrity and alignment with business goals. - Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools. - Configure Salesforce CPQ functionalities, including product configuration, pricing rules, discount structures, QCP and approval processes. - Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and performance. - Collaborate with business system analysts, business stakeholders and development team to clarify functional and technical requirements. - Create and maintain detailed technical design documents (TDDs), including architecture diagrams, data flow mappings, and integration designs, to support efficient development and future scalability. - Contribute actively in thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. - Adhere to Salesforce development best practices, including naming conventions, coding standards, and documentation. Qualifications - Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce development. - At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ. - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL. - Proficient in Salesforce CPQ. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security configurations. - Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools). - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git, Copado). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication to be able to handle technical and functional audiences. - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements - Strong apex skills. - Experience with CPQ. - Ability to support the PST time zone, from 9 am to 5 pm. - Screen candidates well, especially for communication skills. - RATES: $60/hr on C2C.
