Marketing Associate

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns: Create campaign and promotional decks to share with sales teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders. • Compile campaign performance data and draft reports or decks to share with stakeholders. • Draft marketing updates and communications: Prepare updates for review by marketing managers to ensure regular communication across the organization. • Coordinate event logistics: Research venues, costs, and budgets. • Complete event-specific tasks, provide branding support, and address sales enablement requirements. • Manage marketing collateral: Regularly review and update marketing collateral and assets. • Organize, maintain, and update marketing collateral systems, including Teams and SharePoint. • Provide administrative support: Submit requisitions, purchase orders (PO#s), and manage Market Development Funds (MDF) requirements. • Order and maintain marketing swag inventory.
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a 2 year degree and 2–4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
- May require specific certifications.
- Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience.
- Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area.
- Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
