Vice President, Corporate Marketing

Paystand

• The Vice President of Corporate Marketing will serve as a strategic marketing partner to the CEO / Founder and executive team. • This leader will unify Paystand’s market narrative, brand architecture, product positioning, corporate communications, executive visibility, strategic events, employer brand, and AI-enabled marketing systems across the Group. • The mandate is to help Paystand show up as one company across products, geographies, acquisitions, customers, partners, candidates, investors, analysts, and employees. • This is a VP-level role with future CMO trajectory. Success will be earned through judgment, speed, clarity, executive partnership, AI-enabled leverage, and measurable contribution to revenue, retention, recruiting strength, and market authority.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, payments, financial technology, enterprise software, or another complex technical category.
  • Proven experience leading corporate marketing, brand, communications, product marketing, customer marketing, content strategy, market positioning, marketing operations, or executive visibility.
  • Experience integrating teams, brands, workflows, KPIs, systems, or marketing functions across multiple entities, acquisitions, business units, or geographies.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technology into clear, commercially compelling buyer and market narratives.
  • Experience partnering with founders, CEOs, or executive teams on company narrative, thought leadership, launches, investor-facing materials, strategic events, and market-facing messaging.
  • Strong understanding of how marketing influences pipeline, revenue quality, retention, customer confidence, partner momentum, recruiting strength, and market perception.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI tools and a clear point of view on how AI and agents transform marketing execution, insight, and leverage.
  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and executive communication judgment.
