Program Cost Control Analyst – Pgm Cost Control Analyst 1

• Prepare, review, and submit invoices in accordance with contract terms, funding rules, and regulatory requirements • Validate labor, ODCs, indirects, and other billable elements against contract documents and task order requirements • Audit billing system data, correct discrepancies, and ensure Costpoint entries meet compliance standards • Research and resolve billing issues by coordinating with program staff, Contracts, Procurement, and Accounts Receivable • Maintain awareness of funding levels, contract modifications, and obligations to ensure accurate and authorized billing • Collect and package and ensure all invoice backup and documentation meets audit expectations • Prepare canceling funds actions, final invoices, and closeout billing packages as required • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate billing data and documentation • Track invoice status, coordinate on aged receivables, and assist with cash flow efforts • Recommend and implement enhancements to billing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy • Additional duties as assigned or required
Job Requirements
- 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience
- Experience with government contract billing and accounting procedures
- Knowledge of Costpoint or comparable billing systems
- Strong understanding of billing rules, documentation standards, and audit expectations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial tools.

Role Description Motus is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead integrated campaign strategy and execution in support of pipeline growth. Reporting to the VP of Demand, this role is responsible for the planning, orchestration, and performance of campaigns built to generate pipeline for the business. This role focuses on translating key moments (pillar content, events, product launches) into cohesive, cross-channel campaigns that align Marketing, BDR, Sales Enablement, Partner, Customer, and Sales teams around shared pipeline goals. The Senior Manager, Demand Generation will serve as the connective tissue between teams ensuring campaigns are tightly integrated, well-timed, and optimized to drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate possesses a solid operational backbone and is a strategic campaign leader. They deeply understand B2B buyer journeys and enjoy building repeatable, scalable demand engines.
