Role Description The Admin Support Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers and platform administrators while serving as an escalation point for complex issues. Qualifications - 1-3 years of client support experience, preferably in a B2B, SaaS environment. - Expert knowledge of data analytics tools including Microsoft Excel pivot tables and formulas functions. - Ability to trend data and use expertise to create program recommendations based on advanced industry and system knowledge. - Experience in consulting and guiding customers on best practices to achieve a financial goal. - Ability to positively articulate difficult concepts and methodologies to clients. - Dedication to service excellence and ability to manage customer projects and requests within agreed upon timeframe. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
