• Lead the complete development lifecycle for new features — from design to deployment — ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance across the full stack • Set up, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure to support application functionality and growth, with automation wherever possible • Ensure service performance aligns with SLA requirements through proactive monitoring and incident response • Lead high-level and component-level architecture discussions, documenting designs, and ensuring alignment with business and technical goals • Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Architecture teams to align development with strategic objectives • Mentor junior engineers on development best practices, cloud infrastructure, and emerging tools
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including full-stack development and cloud infrastructure
- Advanced skills in frameworks like React or Angular, C#/.Net Core, scalable API design, and relational/NoSQL databases
- Strong experience in architectural design, performance tuning, and system reliability
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation), Kubernetes, and Docker
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Role Description We are looking for a Software Engineer for an American client. Our client is a Miami-based private investment firm focused exclusively on the U.S. healthcare industry. They manage and actively operate a portfolio of four healthcare companies, taking a direct role in both investment decisions and day-to-day operations. The firm-level team is intentionally lean; everyone on it carries real responsibility and works across the full scope of the business. You will sit at the firm level, reporting directly to leadership, and you will be a core part of that team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting data infrastructure, dashboards, and AI workflow integrations across the firm and its four portfolio companies. You will be embedded at the firm level and work directly with leadership.
