• Define the long-term architectural vision and AI engineering standards for high-criticality systemic products. • Lead the evangelization, design, and structuring of a cross-team ecosystem for native AI development, including scalable practices for SDD (Spec-Driven Development), Intent Development, and Harness Engineering. • Ensure technical and economic governance of AI models, balancing token costs, latency, security (corporate guardrails), and data privacy.

• Define and evolve frontend solution architectures, taking into account functional requirements, performance, and scalability. • Develop and promote organizational guidelines for security, quality, and advanced use of the JavaScript runtime. • Design, build, and disseminate internal tools, frameworks, or libraries to standardize builds, testing, and rendering strategies across multiple projects. • Propose and implement architectural improvements in React and Angular applications, working closely with UX/UI, backend, and QA teams. • Serve as a technical reference in strategic discussions, leading the team's technical evolution and facilitating the adoption of industry best practices. • Collaborate on the design of scalable solutions, including defining system integrations, versioning, and advanced modularization. • Ensure adherence to Itaú's quality standards by actively participating in agile ceremonies and promoting continuous innovation.

• Define technical standards and best practices for backend development, ensuring alignment with the SAP Commissions system modernization goals. • Lead the resolution of high-complexity critical issues involving Java applications, the Spring ecosystem, and distributed architectures. • Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines integrated with distributed, high-availability systems. • Propose and validate organizational standards for integration, resilience, and observability of backend systems. • Lead the definition of solutions that promote security, scalability, and efficiency in flows involving messaging (Kafka) and Oracle databases. • Act as a technical reference for multidisciplinary teams, promoting innovation and knowledge sharing.

• Serve as the technical reference for the mobile development team, supporting decision-making and clarifying complex questions. • Develop new features by applying robust architecture and Android ecosystem best practices. • Investigate critical production issues, diagnosing root causes using tools such as Logcat and Crashlytics. • Identify technical risks together with the Tech Lead and clients, proposing mitigating solutions. • Document architectural decisions and major trade-offs to ensure technical traceability. • Delegate operational tasks to less senior team members, promoting their development and autonomy.
