• Apoiar os AI Advocates na implantação e evolução de novas squads híbridas. • Desenvolver e arquitetar soluções para facilitar e acelerar a adoção de squads híbridas no Itaú. • Propor e implementar melhorias em processos e fluxos de trabalho, com visão crítica sobre práticas existentes. • Garantir alinhamento técnico entre os diferentes times, promovendo padrões e boas práticas em squads híbridas. • Promover workshops e disseminação de conhecimento técnico para multiplicar aprendizados e acelerar a maturidade das squads. • Colaborar com as áreas de tecnologia para integração eficiente de ferramentas como Devin, Claude, Copilot, AWS, Hybrid Flow e IuPipes.
Job Requirements
- Definir padrões técnicos e boas práticas em tecnologias backend (Java ou Python) e Frontend, alinhados ao contexto organizacional.
- Desenvolver e integrar APIs de missão crítica, propondo soluções seguras, escaláveis e monitoráveis.
- Projetar pipelines de CI/CD eficientes e robustos para ambientes distribuídos.
- Diagnosticar e resolver problemas complexos de observabilidade, monitoramento e performance em sistemas fullstack.
- Liderar iniciativas técnicas com autonomia, influenciando diretamente nas decisões estratégicas do time.
- Atuar com SQL/noSQL, projetando soluções de replicação para alta disponibilidade global.
