Regional Manager
LGC
• Responsible for LGC Clinical Diagnostics Clinical Tower sales teams with a primary focus on Clinical End User accounts. • Working both internally within the commercial group, cross-functionally, cross-divisionally, and externally with strategic partners to develop and implement plans to help drive sustainable future business growth. • Develop and implement US hospital and reference lab market penetration. • Manage the Account Executive and Account Manager teams for defined region. • Lead senior level negotiations with strategic partners. • Identify, build, and maintain key senior level stakeholder relationships. • Develop and lead business strategy plans through creation of compelling value propositions, narratives and thought leadership. • Development and implementation of long-term sustainable strategies across our entire commercial product, channel, technology and informatics portfolio.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in clinical diagnostics or IVD industry
- 5+ years in a sales leadership role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences
- Proven leadership experience – a track record of having planned and delivered significant growth.
