Operational Change Manager
ALTEN
• Operate the entire Change Lifecycle (Normal, Standard and Emergency Changes) • Validate and improve change quality, including risk and impact assessments • Prepare meetings, facilitate them and document the outcomes • Ensure complete and compliant documentation — including deployment plans, backout plans, test evidence and approvals • Coordinate closely with Service Operations, Release Management, Service Level Management (SLM), Problem Management and external providers • Monitor change KPIs and derive improvement actions • Communicate decisions, ensure transparency and ensure governance compliance
Job Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, IT Management or a comparable technical qualification
- Solid experience in ITIL Change Management
- Ideally experience with ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy/Helix or ServiceNow
- Structured, quality-oriented and with a strong risk awareness
- Strong communicator, confident in meeting facilitation and experienced working with international stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English

IT Audit Manager
