Senior Program Manager – Americas Retail Marketing
ŌURA
• Lead and drive complex, end-to-end retail marketing programs and initiatives from inception through launch execution across North Americas Retail. • Architect and maintain integrated program roadmaps across a diverse stakeholder group, including Marketing, Retail Sales, Creative, Product Marketing, Operations, Packaging, and external vendors. • Build, refine, and scale tools, templates, and operating processes to streamline retail launch execution, optimize workflows, and improve cross-functional team efficiency. • Own the execution planning for strategic, retailer-specific initiatives, including physical merchandising, fixtures, campaigns, e-commerce campaigns packaging transitions, and new store deployments. • Proactively identify critical dependencies, delivery risks, and operational gaps early; drive strategic alignment and escalation paths to ensure seamless execution. • Prepare and deliver executive-ready communications, project retrospectives, and health dashboards to align internal leadership and retail partners on timelines and tradeoffs. • Manage intake, strategic prioritization, and resource coordination for multiple concurrent, high-impact retail marketing workstreams. • Partner closely with Retail Sales and external agency/production partners to align marketing deliverables with high-level retailer timelines and broader business objectives. • Establish robust tracking mechanisms for activity across online and in-store channels, aggregating visual merchandising and field services data to provide a holistic view of NA Retail performance.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management, PMO, retail marketing operations, integrated marketing, or related cross-functional execution roles.
- Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional programs and high-visibility product/commercial launches within consumer brands, retail organizations, or high-growth environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive alignment, influence decision-making, and maintain momentum across matrixed teams.
- Deep operational expertise in retail ecosystems, including physical merchandising, fixtures, channel marketing, management of 3PL partners, or in-store programs.
- Advanced organizational instincts with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, navigating ambiguity to build structure and clarity.
- Familiarity with program management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Airtable, Smartsheet) and best practices; professional PM certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Strategic understanding of merchandising strategy, plan-o-gram development, and e-commerce content best practices.
