Role Description The Senior Specialist, Campaign Marketing plays a critical role in executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and engagement across Southwire's key vertical markets. This role is primarily focused on campaign and marketing program execution for Utility, Utility Services, Data Centers, Telecom and Pre-Fab/Automation groups within Southwire, partnering closely with Segment Marketing Managers who own strategy, messaging, and content direction. The Senior Specialist translates marketing strategy into coordinated marketing campaigns across channels and touchpoints. Key Responsibilities - Translate campaign strategies into actionable execution plans, timelines, and deliverables. - Manage the development of integrated segment marketing campaign assets across the full marketing mix, including digital and web, email, social media, advertising, events, webinars, and sales enablement. - Coordinate campaign launches and ensure alignment across internal stakeholders. - Own campaign calendaring, scheduling, and project timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives. - Manage workflows through project management tools (Workfront). - Ensure all campaign deliverables are completed on time and aligned to scope. - Collaborate with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive execution. - Track campaign execution progress and provide regular status updates. - Support reporting efforts by organizing campaign data (analysis performed by strategy leads).
