• Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing • Acquire and manage partners within your assigned territory and Ideal Customer Profile • Drive new partner acquisition through outbound outreach (calls + email) and strategic account development • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets • Execute ConnectWise’s value-based sales methodology • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and implementation plans • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences • Ensure deals meet pricing, margin, and contract standards
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or technology
- Proven success managing full-cycle sales in a high-volume environment
- Experience selling into or working with MSPs, TSPs, or cybersecurity solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with high autonomy
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- High activity mindset (comfortable with 40-50 outbound calls/day)
- Adaptability to evolving technology and partner needs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to exceed quota and drive consistent revenue growth
- Experience selling solution-based or value-based offerings

Role Description We’re hiring a Commercial Account Executive (full-cycle IC) to help drive revenue growth through a high-velocity SMB selling motion with a strong focus on outbound. This role is for someone who can consistently self-generate pipeline and close deals with discipline and repeatable process, while helping establish strong sales culture and habits as the team scales.
