Global Benefits Strategy Manager
Pebl
• Lead the development and execution of Pebl’s global benefits strategy across 150+ countries • Define and evolve a scalable global benefits roadmap, including standardization frameworks and localized offerings • Ensure benefits design supports market expansion, competitiveness, and client needs • Own and optimize Pebl’s global broker and vendor ecosystem • Lead selection, negotiation, and performance management of partners • Establish governance frameworks (SLAs, scorecards, QBRs) to ensure consistency, quality, and cost efficiency • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Oversee end-to-end implementation and renewal workflows globally and in the U.S. • Ensure consistent, scalable processes across enrollments, renewals, and administration • Drive standardization and continuous improvement across regions and teams • Drive competitiveness and cost optimization through plan design and cost-sharing strategies • Lead or support the implementation of benefits administration systems • Partner with Product and Engineering to enhance Pebl’s in-house platform • Improve integrations across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems • Leverage automation and AI to reduce manual processes and improve scalability • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for global and U.S. benefits operations • Set clear priorities, KPIs, and accountability structures • Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement • Support benefits P&L through cost management, vendor optimization, and design strategy • Use data and insights to drive decision-making and improve outcomes • Balance cost, compliance, and employee experience at scale
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in global benefits strategy, ideally within EOR, HCM, brokerage, or multinational environments
- Deep expertise in global and U.S. benefits design, compliance, and vendor management
- Proven experience building and scaling benefits programs across multiple countries
- Strong experience managing brokers, insurers, and complex vendor ecosystems
- Experience leading benefits system implementations or working closely with Product/Tech teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
