Role Description We are looking for a high-performing Talent Resourcer to build and qualify talent pipelines for the US market. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, screening, and qualifying candidates before handing them over to Talent Partners for the recruitment process. This is not an administrative support role. It is a talent acquisition and pipeline acceleration function that directly impacts delivery speed, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Source and identify candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, databases, referrals, and other sourcing platforms - Build targeted candidate longlists aligned to live vacancies and strategic hiring projects - Review resumes against job specifications and predefined hiring criteria - Conduct high-volume outbound candidate outreach and engagement - Complete initial telephone screening and qualification conversations - Assess candidates against structured scorecards and screening criteria - Evaluate: - Skills and experience - Industry knowledge - Eligibility and work status - Cultural alignment indicators - Compensation expectations - Location suitability - Schedule qualified candidates with Talent Partners - Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS/CRM records - Organise, tag, and categorise candidates within the database - Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs - Support candidate tracking, reporting, and recruitment pipeline management - Achieve agreed sourcing, outreach, and activity targets Experience Required - Previous experience in recruitment sourcing, candidate resourcing, talent acquisition, or high-volume outbound recruitment - Experience recruiting Commercial Sales Representatives is highly desirable - Construction or Building Envelope recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential - Proven experience conducting candidate screening and qualification calls - Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment channels Success Measures - Qualified candidate output - Interview conversion rates - Speed to shortlist - Database quality and accuracy - Strength and future usability of talent pipelines - Candidate responsiveness and engagement quality - Achievement of agreed sourcing and activity metrics What Success Looks Like - Recruiters spend more time closing candidates and clients - Delivery teams spend less time sourcing - Clients receive qualified candidates faster - Talent pools grow in value over time - Future searches become faster, easier, and more cost-effective Who We're Looking For - Individuals with a proven track record in high-volume outbound sales or recruitment environments - Strong performance and longevity within previous organisations - Naturally confident building relationships and influencing people over the phone Communication Channels - Driven and ambitious - Resilient and persistent - Competitive and goal-oriented - Relationship-focused - Energetic and proactive - Comfortable operating in a high-performance culture Personality Fit The right personality fit is critical to success in this role.
