• Source candidates and build talent pipelines for open roles and future hiring needs using Linkedln Recruiter and other recruiting platforms. • Engage candidates through Linkedln lnMail, email, phone calls, and text outreach while building strong relationships with both active and passive talent. • Manage candidate movement throughout the interview process within Greenhouse, including interview coordination, scheduling, and status updates. • Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience through professional communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process. • Conduct detailed reference checks and maintain accurate candidate • Manage onboarding activities through Greenhouse Onboarding and Gusto, our HR platform, ensuring onboarding tasks, new hire documentation, and checklists are completed accurately and on time. • Support new hires throughout the onboarding process and coordinate onboarding logistics across departments to ensure a seamless experience. • Support high-volume hiring efforts while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Partner closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting and onboarding operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Experience supporting recruiting efforts within the mortgage, financial services, or related industries preferred.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced
- Strong interpersonal skills with a candidate-first
- Experience using Linkedln Recruiter and other sourcing tools
