Role Description This is a Remote Role DAS Services is seeking an Acquisition/Program Management to provide support and expertise to senior staff. - Lead, manage, and provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders for DoD industrial base programs focused on manufacturing, supply chains, and industrial readiness. - Conduct assessments of domestic and global production capabilities and facilities supporting defense-critical systems. - Develop, track, and implement risk mitigation strategies for use by DoD stakeholders in addressing fragile, single-source, or foreign-dependent supply chains. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including program offices, acquisition teams, and technical experts, as well as external industry partners and federal agencies, to develop and modify documentation supporting Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) production facilities. - Provide subject matter expertise in manufacturing operations, production processes, industrial engineering, and industrial base capabilities as they relate to defense programs. - Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for congressional inquiries, senior leadership briefings, and strategic planning documents. - Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working groups, and interagency coordination efforts. - Provide expertise on compliance with DoD acquisition and industrial base policies, regulations, and best practices related to manufacturing, maintenance, efficiency, safety, and environmental stewardship. Qualifications - Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and verifiable) - U.S. Citizenship (required due to clearance and federal contract requirements) - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, Manufacturing, Logistics, or related discipline - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program management, industrial operations, manufacturing, supply chain management, or industrial base analysis, preferably within the DoD or defense industry - Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain risk management, industrial processes, and industry best practices - Experience with federal acquisition processes, defense logistics, industrial base programs, or production operations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis/reporting tools - Excellent communication and technical writing skills Requirements - Experience supporting ammunition, energetics, propellant, chemical, or defense manufacturing programs - Knowledge of Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) facilities - Familiarity with Defense Production Act (DPA), industrial base assessments, and supply chain resiliency initiatives - Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related professional certifications Benefits - Free Health Care from Aetna - Dental Coverage - Vision Coverage - Paid Time Off - 401K - Employer Paid Group Life - Flexible Spending Accounts - Professional Development Training

Role Description DAS Services is seeking a Budget Analyst whose primary duty is to support customers in preparation, reporting, monitoring, execution, and audit of program budgets. The candidate will work closely with organizational leadership and their teams to aid in DoD financial management, fiscal policies, integration and application of regulations, audits, and development/execution of budgets. Responsibilities - Assist with all Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Execution (PPBE) activities, financial reports, and accounting. - Manage the PMO’s PPBE overarching process to help focus, correlate, and track resources in all phases of the PPBE cycle, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) updates and reviews, Program Budget Decisions, etc. - Provide updated reports and brief all changes to Government Program Leads as requested. - Work with government leads to develop, track, and report on spending plans for each project. - Analyze monthly reports, utilize the data for internal reporting, and for the planning of funding increments. - Coordinate funding actions with Government Lead and Technical POCs. Assist with coordinating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) creation/funding requirements. Enter action and required documents in financial databases. - Coordinate approvals and track status as required. - Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. - Analyze budgeting and accounting reports. Qualifications - Active Secret clearance - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. - Ability to perform all functional duties independently. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - 3+ years of experience as a budget/financial analyst. - Experience with GFEBS, financial databases, assets, and accounting management systems. - Knowledge of Research & Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) appropriation. - Understanding and working knowledge of Fiscal Law/Appropriation Law and Procurement appropriations. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree, in lieu of experience - Experience in DoD acquisition programs. Army budgeting experience is preferred. - Experience with contracts and purchasing. - Financial certifications such as DAU Financial Management.
